In a career that commenced directing Regional Operations for Luxury Fashion Houses including, Chanel, Versace, Ferragamo and Pucci; Samantha’s professional philosophy is driven by harmonizing luxury service with large scale impact. Samantha has held Executive Positions in Philanthropy, serving as Vice President of Development with the Miami Foundation, with a portfolio focusing on endowment building, corporate partnership and community engagement in addition to building the Advancement Department at Temple Beth Sholom in Miami Beach, Florida. Presently Samantha is the Chief Operating Officer of BRATTER PA Immigration Law Firm, a national immigration practice focusing on the niche area of Extraordinary Ability professional and National Interest Waivers, with a separate division serving the immigration needs of private family offices, high net-worth professionals and Investors. Bratter PA has offices in West Palm Beach and Miami Beach.
In 2015, Samantha founded the Bratter Agency to service professional athletes, visual artists, hospitality professionals, creatives and early-stage entrepreneurs.With a roster of talents including professional tennis players, professional golfers, professional swimmers, professional surfers, visual artists and creatives in film and fashion, she created a multi-faceted vehicle to assist high-performance professionals with strategic market consulting and penetration.
Samantha diversified her professional and creative passions as the Executive Producer of the award-winning feature film, Better Mus Come, an official selection at multiple film festivals and ultimately acquired for U.S. Distribution by Oscar Winner Ava Duvernay. She also developed the first multi-dimensional sponsorship partnership in the ISL, the International Swim League, culminating with her team, the Cali Condors, helmed by the Olympic legend, Caleb Dressel, winning the Championship with prime-time CBS.
Samantha’s enduring commitment to the Arts has been realized, curating and hosting Art Shows in West Palm Beach, Palm Beach and Miami Beach over the years, and is a passionate supporter of the Norton in Palm Beach and The Bass in Miami Beach.
She is also a Founder of the Venezuelan American Endowment for the Arts’ (VAEA) BRATTER PA Padrino Program, which has awarded over 100 scholarships to Venezuelan artists in need of supplies and sustenance.
Born and raised in Manhattan, Samantha moved to Miami in 1995, after having attended the Trinity School in on the Upper West Side, graduating Hamilton College with a BA in Interdisciplinary Studies, attending the Plekhanov Economic Institute in Moscow, Russia culminating with earning her certificate in Advanced Negotiation with Harvard Business School.
Samantha has served on numerous Mayor and Commissioner-appointed and Philanthropic Committees over the years in her beloved cities and currently sits on the Arts & Entertainment Board of West Palm Beach, the West Palm Beach Downtown Authority Board, the Keiser University Olympic Aquatic Center Committee and proudly serves as a Trustee on the Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches.
She is respected in her communities for her history of community engagement and intuitive understanding of community relationships in synergy with forward-thinking community development vision.
Together with her husband of 30 years, Joshua, and their son, Maximo, their professional and personal philosophy is best articulated by Albert Einstein, “a life lived for others, is a life worthwhile”.
